You are a local if you have played and completed a run of Classic or Christmas House two or more times.
There is usually only one local per game. Considering the number of Locals we now have, some teams may have more than one Local. Only one Local can be the Team Leader.
If you already have a team, put all of your teammates' names in the Comments section. As Team Leader, you are in charge of ensuring all your team's character sheets are in order, all money is spent legally, and that all character requirements are valid. House characters are normal people, not Ghost Hunters.
The game is played in real time; one hour of play equals one hour or time spent in The House.
